Ok, so where to start on this 1, lol. Me and my best mate got to the arena at about 5pm and if uve bin to the NEC
before you’ll no what I mean by this cos you have to wait in a hall before going into the arena itself. Unfortunately all
good nites have there downers and here comes mine; I walked up to the merchandise stall and was queuing to but my fair
few t-shirts I wanted, however when I got to the front the stupid prat serving told me get this I’d queued in the wrong
place. Anyway I pointed out to him that id queued in that place with other people for a good 20 mins and said if he’d told
us to move we would have done. He then said to me (almost looking down his nose at me) well for that I wont serve you.
So for all you that have been nagged at by  people like this before I complained and got the guys ass kicked by the top
merchandise boss there, and even got served straight away at another stall as an apology. Oh and I have to give a shout
out to the awesome family I stood with who helped me out by buying sum of my shirts for me ‘U guys rock!!!’
Anyway once inside the arena, Sebastian Bach came onstage at 6.45pm and although his set was quite similar he did a
good job, though to be honest a little bit long winded.
I am however aware that Bullet for My Valentine have a lot of fans out there, and so the crowd were quite hyped to see
em onstage, but to be perfectly honest im not 1 of those fans and there set needed a little more to keep me interested in
them, but hey they were supporting GNR so perhaps to be fair my mind was not on there set. Bullet did an awesome job
keeping all those hardcore GNR fans entertained thought so nice 1 boys!!!!
Now for the bit I know you GNR fans are waiting for, lol. GNR hit the stage on time at 9.30pm and what can I say but
Wow!!!!!!
What’s all this stuff about a certain vocalist loosing his voice, No Fuckin Way!!!!
Axl’s voice was phenomenal, I saw him in 2002 in leeds and this was something else, he sounded on fire!!!!! Not only that
but he was running all over the place non stop, so much so if u’d blink u’d miss him.
I’m not gonna sit here and compare certain band members to the past cos im done with hearing this!!!!

So here’s my take on it, Robin Fink n Bumblefoot nailed every fuckin note and were absolutely awesome, and Robin Fink
has improved enormously performing with GNR since 2002.
Highlights for me overall were, Axl having a go at security that was hilarious, he stopped You Could Be mine and basically
told security right here n then to stop being so heavy handed, he also said don’t fuckin spoil sum1 else’s fun just cos u’re
having a bad day.
Other highlights for me were November Rain which was magical, The Blues, Izzy Stadlin onstage for Patience and Used
To Love Her and Better (that song is fuckin awesome)

This show is something I will not forget I just hope every1 else enjoyed this as much as me!
