This was pretty much my 1st time hearing the LA GUNS play, and what better way than a live
performance. They hit the stage at about 10.15pm and it was obvious that The Underworld was
completely sold out, there were fans young and old and an awesome atmosphere.
Due to it being there 20th Anniversary celebration aswell fans had definitely turned out in their
numbers.
The guys were amazing onstage and had a great presence, however I would say really they
needed a bigger stage to perform on than the one at The Underworld. I suppose the advantage to
a stage that size would be that the fans can be that little bit closer to the band which is definitely
a plus.
My previous experiences of Tracii Guns had been with his other band (Brides of Destruction)
but his performance tonight with LA GUNS was absolutely brilliant. I was really impressed by
Paul Black’s vocals aswell, and to be quite honest there wasn’t a member of the band that you
didn’t want to watch,
Unfortunately I did not get to see the last few songs but from what I did hear and see this band
are full of energy and give you your music loud!!
If I get the opportunity again I will definitely be hoping to see these guys perform again and next
time to see their whole set.
A great night and show, and I definitely went away wanting to hear more!!!!
